The Biomechanics of Learning

This is more of meditation than a claim based on evidence. Partially, this is because I've only tapped the surface of an immense field of scientific inquiry, and partially because what we've learned is only now being applied, formed into methods, methods that have mixed results that require further research. Such is the nature of science
All of that to say that, I'm no expert. Instead I'm curious. I'm curious because like many different people, research in this area may have a dramatic impact on my life and the lives of those around me.
Neuroplasticity is a term that seems to assert that the brain is constantly forming itself, changing according to patterns of behavior, learned or otherwise. Our life creates stress, good and bad, that encourages us to participate. This as we participate in life we work out engagement strategies that, if proven successful, become the foundation for future strategies.
